In the event that you may have to return or exchange the product, here are our guidelines to follow:

 
1. Jewelry products once worn cannot be restocked or resold. All sales at www.Only786.com related to Lifestyle (Quran, Rings, Pendants, Accessories, Mats etc.,) are final, and will not qualify for exchange/return.

2. If the product delivered to you is something that you hadn't ordered, we would be happy to exchange it. Please contact your local distributor/sales phone number and provide us with your order ID.

3. The company will honor any manufacturing defects, and will be happy to rectify the same. The customer will however have to contact us within the initial 3 days, starting from the day you received the product. The company will look at the delivery date (by Courier, Hand delivery) and take that as the start date for the 3 days.

3.1. Before sending in a defective product for exchange, please contact your local distributor/sales phone number to get the return authorization.

3.2  We request you to send it via a reliable logistic service which will provide you with a tracking number for your return package. The company will not be responsible for packages lost during return transit. Please allow up to 7 days from shipment for your return to arrive at our Returns Warehouse, delivery times vary based on shipper selected. Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days (excluding Fridays, Saturdays and holidays) after receipt of the item. 

3.3. Products have to be sent with all the original packaging. Once we have received and inspected the defective product, we will rectify the defect and reship the product.

3.4. No refunds or exchanges will be entertained for defective products sent to us after the initial 3 days of having received the product. 

4. If for some reason you need to cancel an order which has not yet been processed, please call the local number to request cancellation.

Return Policy: All the refunds of any transaction's amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment
